I went to take a shower this morning and as I usally do when I am alone in the house, I closed and locked the bathroom door. When I stepped out of the shower, I witnessed the bathroom door opening by itself! I grabbed my cell phone, and snapped a picture. The image below is what I caught. In the upper left hand corner there is what apears to be the face of a man. Check it out and let me know what you think!

I thought for my first blog i would share a story of a paranormal experience that I had that caused me to become a paranormal investigator. It started when we moved into the home that we currently reside in. Ar first it was just an ordinary house, but then weird things started to happen. Lights would turn themselves on after I knew I had turned them off. I would find cuboard doors wide open, and objects would come up missing and reappear later in a diffrent place, or just be missing all together. Then I started to wake up in the mornings and find that my picture frames had fallen off the wall and were laying on the floor. This went on for a while, then one day I was putting away some laundry when i heard a little boy say "Mommy!" It sounded just like my oldest son the only thing was both my boys were at school at the time, and I was alone in the house! A few weeks later, my oldest son came to me and told me that he had seen a little boy and girl playing in his room at the foot of his bed. He said they were there for a moment and then they were gone. At the time I just dismissed it as the product of a childs imagination, then a couple of nights later i was laying on the couch watching t.v. I happen to look over tword the kitchen, and saw a little boy walk thrugh and hide behind the couch ajacent to the one i was laying on. Thinking that it was one of my boys, I got up to check it out, but when I got there there was noone there. I went to go check on my boys and found that they were both sound asleep in there beds! After that I became more interested in what was going on, and wanted to more about these two entity's that had taken up residence in my home. I decided one evening that I would do some EVP work. (For those of you who don't know, evp stands for electronic voice phenomenon and it means to capture sounds or voices that you don't hear at the time on tape.) When I played the tape back I discovered that there was the voice of a little girl on there she told me her name, and when i asked if she had died in my house there was a very audibe "Yes." on there. I had also captured a little boy saying "Hi!" on tape, I decided to go to the library and do some research and discovered that there had indeed been a little boy and girl living in my home and that they had both perished in a fire when a garage that used to be attached to our house burned down! This whole experience left me with a lot of unanswered questions, and prompted me to become a paranormal investigator in hopes that I would find answers to my questions, and also to help others who believe they are having trouble with paranormal activity. A few months ago i founded the Green River Paranormal Society a non-profit organization dedicated to the persuit of the paranormal. We still live in that same house and paranormal activity still happens, but it has never been harmfull or threatening so we have learned to live with it peacefully. Remember Ghosts are out there wether you belive in them or not. Do you believe?
