I've been overly busy too.  I went to New Orleans in July.  Had two investigations since Labor Day.  My daughter is in the Police Academy..she is president of her class and will be giving the commencement speech.  Right now I'm planning an event for my parents 60th anniversary. So much to do and I'm running low on motivation lately.

hey there...been really busy with family stuff this past week. Mom had surgery to remove some cancer, which was successful, but she had a heart attack a few hours after. That was nerve wracking. She had to be transported to a different hospital. After five days, she was finally releaseed. It was trying on me as I had to be a rock for me and my dad...and I was having a hard time the day it all happened, especially being in the room with her when it happened.

Hopefully she'll be good. I'm sure she will.

Now it's a matter of catching up on rest.

Just stopping by to play catch up. Things have been really crazy around here. My mom is still in the hospital since surgery on Oct. 23. What could go wrong, went wrong. She is finely starting to recover. She's still got along road ahead of her, but it's coming. That has kept us really busy, besides working at the shop and the ghost hunts that I had lined up. My new book is selling great and that has really kept me busy also. I haven't had time to sit back and enjoy to much of it yet. I came down with a rotten cold. Just what I needed right now. Hey, this too will get better.
