Our team has been growing by leaps and bounds in the last year. We now have members in Ohio,Indiana and Chicago. We are also welcoming Bishop James Long,Demonologist and exorcist along with Father David Price to our team of great investigators. They perform house blessings and cleansings.
Have you ever stopped and wondered what happens to these families and spirits once you go in and stir them up? Do you just say well yes you have spirits and leave? Our goals should be to help everyone including the spirits, whether it be helping them cross over or finding out if they need help in other ways to give them and the home owners peace and rest.
I just got home from New York where Our group was featured on the Montel Williams show for their Halloween special. It will be shown on October 31st in the morning.
Montel had his crew follow us on a private exclusive investigation at the Waverly Hills Sanitorium last Wednesday night. It was a great experience for all of us,we captured some amazing evps also. We invited Heidi Harmon and Michael Esposito to join us and it made for a very interesting night. Michael captured one evp that sad "Doctor" and Montel used it on the show. All in all I am happy to have my feet back on Kentucky soil. Two of my flights home got cancelled and I was stuck in New Jersey overnight and they lost my luggage. Montel Williams is an awesome person and I am happy he invited us to join him for this special,we also got to meet Sylvia Browne why we were there.
Hey just wanted everyone to know the new book "Ghosts From Coast to Coast " gets released tomorrow. They took pictures submitted by teams from all over the U.S.A. and two of ours were included. If you want to see and read some amazing stories you need to check it out.
We have new pictures posted on our site from Fort Duffield. We have been very busy this last few weeks traveling all over Kentucky and should have more pics and everything as soon as we can get it all downloaded. Last weekend we were at Perryville again and this weekend we traveled to Levi Jackson S.P.and the William Whitley house.
We recently were invited to do a paranormal investigation at Fort Duffield and The Applegate Landing B&B in West Point,Ky. During our investigation at Fort Duffield we were able to communicate with soldiers buried there and actually may have captured a picture of a young woman on the overlook near the graveyard there. In the 70's there was a serial killer who had killed young women and dumped their bodies in this area. We believe this may be the spirit of one of these young women. We have posted a video on our site from our investigation there. Jeannie captured the photo of the possible young woman.
Our investigation at the Applegate Bed and Breakfast there proved to be a haunting experience . We posted evps from there on our site. We found that Mrs. Applegate still roams this historic home and the next night the owner called me freaking out because he walked into his bedroom and she was walking around in his room dressed as if she was heading out to church with her fancy hat on her head as she always did. This was a great investigation. If anyone gets a chance to investigate here go for it. Chris is very proud of the spirits here and is very open to letting paranormal studies being conducted there. On June 9th 2007 the AfterDark Team along with Michael Esposito and Heidi Harman spent the day and evening in Adam's,Tn. exploring the Bellwood Cemetary, The Old Methodist Church(GET PERMISSION FROM OWNERS BEFORE ENTERING THIS PROPERTY), Masonic Lodge,The old Bell School ,Cabins,Red River Church, and the Bell Witch farm and Cave.Check out our pictures and evps captured there. www.afterdarkparanormalinvestigations.50megs.com All these places with exception to admission to the cave are totally FREE of charge.
We saw recently that someone was charging to go to these places. Adams is a very small town and these places are easy to find.
Well We are recovering from a day long road trip to Adams, Tn. We started our trip with a stop at the Old Bell school house checking out all of the fantastic stuff they have there in the museum.Their history is awesome! After that we went out back to the old cabins one of which is built from some of the old logs from the original Bell home.We continued on to the Bellwood Cemetary where we did some evp work(which by the way captured a class A evp ).Then we were back in our vehicles to check out what else this town had in historical value. We came to an old abandoned methodist church which someone had apparently used as a storage and had long forgotten it and it had been trashed. This was sad to see a house of GOD being in such ruins.Wegot permission to enter, took lots of pictures and again did some evp work.Across the street is an old abandoned masonic lodge, again trashed on the inside,we could not enter this location. We got in our vehicles and followed the sign to the historic Red River Church,it was beautiful. An old graveyard was beside it and we walked through it checking dates, names, ages, and of course some more evp work along with pictures. There is a quaint little country store with a small grill kitchen in the back so we stopped and ate before we proceeded to our next stop which was the Bellwitch farm and cave. The owners met us at the office and were really nice people who told us a lot about the family and the property there. At 8:30pm the tour started with a story and pictures from earlier investigations and then we went to a log cabin that was an original from another part of TN. but was not the Bell home, but was made in the same way .Inside we saw items like the family would of used and stories about the Bell family and the Bellwitch happenings that prepared us for the trip to the cave. Now we were able to record while in the house but no pictures,we were pleased that evps were captured here. Then we were on our way down the hill along the cliffs to the cave. When we entered the front room and the guide had told us the story she turned out the lights for 5 minutes and let us do evp work and take pictures,we continued on into the cave deeper and were told stories about the cave it was a very educational experience...but the best for last. The tour guide went outside and turned off all the light and gave us about 15 minutes in complete darkness to take pics, and do evp work. While we were in the backroom you could hear a girl and a guy talking from further back which there is no entry too. Heidi was using infrared film and captured an amazing photo which I posted in our gallery along with others from our trip. After exiting the cave we said our goodbyes to the family and our new friends, got in our vehicles hit I-65 and headed home.We got home at 3:00am and needless to say stayed on our couches the whole next day. This is a great trip to make if you ever get the chance, we captured so much evidence and enjoyed all the locations being so close together.
Our team is heading to Adams,TN. today to do a night investigation at the Bell Witch cave and property.Along the way we will be visiting the bell family graveyard, old school and the cabin behind it.Hopefully we can make more stops along the way.
