It’s just amazing out here. The weather is cool – like 82. It’s been thundering and lightening. Its all clear on one side of the valley and on the other side there is lightening that you can see behind these mountains and I can start to hear the thunder. So if you hear some wind in the background noise that is why. I got some emails asking me what goes through my mind before I start channeling, so I thought I would record a little bit before I “release” and “let go” as they say. I gotta say – I feel really high today. I’ve been running a lot of high energy and I just finished a reading where I got to feel the beautiful soul of a woman’s son who had passed on and he is just this purity that I rarely get to experience. It was just an honor. It was a real gift. It was just a few miles down from Red Rock, so I thought what the heck – I’ve got my recorder so I’ll just stop and channel and see what comes through. That’s what I’m here doing now. And with that, as I am looking out over this beautiful valley and things are starting to shift into other realms, I’m going to release and let go. And suddenly it gets quiet. I am thankful and grateful for this time. I ask that I am a clear, clean channel and that I bring forth messages only of the highest good of all. And it is so ~*~ Dear Ones~ We have eagerly awaited this time with you - this time of bringing through messages from our side and our perspective. We wish this day to speak to you of the subject of fear. For we see that it is around so many of you especially in this time of transition and growth. And if you think of fear, Dear Ones, what it is really? Most of the time it is not even a reality – for it is a fallacy that you believe in of the unknown. For the unknown is something you cannot see, is it not? And if you could see what is not there, why would you bother coming to play this role of human at all? Was that not the game plan, Dear Ones – to figure out this duality? To know that there is more than just what meets the eye. So if you think of fear…it can be a very useful tool. You can learn many things from fear. It all depends on which lessons you choose to hold onto as to what you learn from it and how you grow. Fear is a four lettered word, as they say, but it still can be useful. It still has its uses. It still is a great gift and a great tool if you allow it to be one. And we would want for you right now to think of what is the greatest fear in your life. Is it health? Finances? Relationships? Do you fear death? Taxes? What is it, Dear Ones? What is it that you fear? And if you close your eyes, and if you open your heart and your imagination – what could your life be like without this fear within it? What would that feel like to release it? To some of you – you hunger for this – you want this. For others, you hold so desperately to that fear – like a security blanket of a small child. For fear and pain have become something you have identified with for oh, so very long. We tell you, you can release these things very easily. Or, it can be more difficult. You can choose to learn from pain and tragedy. One is not greater than the other. It is merely a choice. There is no great being on the other side with a magic wand that wakes up in the mornings and says “Oh, let’s choose this one to have hardship today. Let’s choose this one to have bad health. Let’s choose this one to have sorrowful relationships. “ These are all choices Dear Ones that you consciously make. And you can consciously choose to change them. It is merely by your will, your free will, that you can do this. When you think of being a small child, and being in your room at night and being afraid of the dark - What would your parents do? Would they not turn the light on for you so that you could see reality? And we tell you that by shining the light, Dear Ones, you too can move through the darkness that you feel as fear. And we tell you that for some of you, the greatest fear of all is happiness – is joy – is that feeling of unconditional love. And on a conscious level, you may deny this. You may say that this is what you strive for. But by the energy that you put out from your fears, on a soul level this is not what you bring through to your life and into your energy. Think about this. This is very deep thinking. Some of you feel unworthy of unconditional love. Some of you have come into this world with such sorrow of home – because you are here and you are not at home – you are not on the other side where unconditional love and joy and happiness so readily exist. So some of you shun this and turn this off. And you do this through fear. This is easy to heal. It is merely by your intention. It is merely by what you focus on. It is merely by what you open up to. What are you focusing on now, Dear Ones? Are you focusing on what is right in your lives or are you feeding a fear of what you lack? And even if the worst possible fear were to come true – you would still be here – you would still be standing – you would still be a soul – you would still be a spirit. We realize that our perceptions are much different than your human perceptions with your ego. And know that many egos are driven by fear. But know that the more you tap into truth, the more you tap into the soul and the spirit that you are. The more you can see fear for what it really is – the easier it will be to release. It is just like the dark clouds in this valley. To some they would look at this with dread and with fear. They would tremble at the thunder and the lightening and the rain. But to others, like ourselves, we see the light that shines through these clouds and we see the colors of the rainbow. And we see the love and the joy and the happiness and the blessings. They are all there. It is just a matter of what you focus on. There is beauty in all things. Just as in all darkness that presents as darkness there is always light bright enough to shine through and show you something different. Think of these things, Dear Ones. Know that you are loved and supported in every step that you make. And So it Is ~*~

Family, This channeling was so incredibly easy for me in many respects, yet so difficult to send out in others. There has been an energy that has been around me for some time now, that continues to grow stronger each time I tap into it. She has come through my meditations, my channelings, my energy work and has helped me grow and shift to see things through new perspectives. When I first started feeling her energy, I was hesitant to reveal this to anyone, as it was very overwhelming to me. I guess a big part of me is protective of her and there is also the whole “judgement” factor that comes into play – will I be judged by acknowledging who she is, will we both be taken seriously? My whole intention in entering into this work is to come straight from spirit, straight from truth. Having been judged for what I do and how I do it are things I deal with on a daily basis. I really had to look into my heart and figure out if I wanted to “come out” with this information. My hesitancy and my fear I discovered where actually coming from ego – a place I do not want to come from. I do not want my ego to shadow the messages and truth that come from spirit. A large part of being a channel is acceptance, having faith and trusting. So, I open my heart and my soul to each of you as I acknowledge the being that I have been channeling. My energy has not been on this plane for thousands of years and I choose now to make myself known once again. My energy has been very close to this “one” – this “one” I speak through. For she and I have once been the same, for we are the same, are we not? She has known me and my name for some time but has been worrisome of revealing who I truly am as to how this information would be accepted and acknowledged by others. So I have been coaxing her outside of her comfort zone as have her guides. Now she has come to this moment in time in which she allows me to fully and completely speak through her and say my name. For I am Sashet. I have walked the land that you call Egypt many, many years ago. I have helped those souls cross over to the afterworld as I do now. I was known as the sister of Isis, as a magician, as a scribe. I lived in the days of the full power and beauty and balance of the time of the Goddess. And I see now how this beauty and energy returns to this plane. I am overjoyed to bring forth my energy in support of it. For this is a wondrous time, Dear Ones. This is a time of great reawakening. It is important that I speak to you of the subject of forgiveness of self. For so many of your teachings are centered on this subject of forgiveness – that you may not move forward in your lives or in your teachings until you come to the true and total aspect of forgiveness of all those who have done you wrong – of all those who have played you victim by being the perpetrator. This can be a very sore subject to many of you, as many of you struggle with this tool of forgiveness. Some stretch it out years and years; some go their entire lifetime without quite getting to the point of where they want to be. But have you remembered, Dear Ones, that forgiveness of self is at the core of this entire aspect? And I know that being a human is not easy. Having this immense energy and this huge spirit that all of you are, and to enclose it and to put it into this tiny cramped up little space of a body where so many things and so many feelings have been hidden from you so that you can learn these many vast lessons. For on the other side, there is only truth. We see things as they are. We see that we are divine beings of light – that we are Mother/Father God, that we are accepted in every way. And when you look inside yourselves, Dear Ones, when you look inside yourselves to the core of the being that you truly are – there is only love – so how could there not be forgiveness of yourself? Does God not forgive all trespasses? Does God not forgive all misdoings, mistrusts, wrong deeds? I am here to tell you, Dear Ones, this is so. If you remove the blinders that have been put upon you, that you have learned to place upon yourselves – and you can see inside your heart and inside your soul that there is only love – then forgiveness of your self can be so simple. Yes, you have chosen these lifetimes. And yes you have chosen these lessons, and these wonderful beings that push your buttons in order for you to learn them. You have brought each and every feeling into your own life, into your own soul so that you may grow. You are responsible for all of these things, are you not? Did you not put this game and this plan into motion before you ever set your feet upon the ground on which you walk on? For you are the writer of your own script. You are the director of this play. You make the choices, and you can choose, Dear Ones, to hold onto anger, and to doubt, and to sorrow. Or you can free yourselves through forgiveness of self and you can move forward. Your sight will be clearer. Your focus will come more readily. You will know and you will feel more so the love of self that resides within. For the more that you love yourself, the more you move closer to that spark of God that is within you. The more that you can see yourself for the being that you truly are - the closer you are to home. For you are home, Children – this is just a different playing field. This is just another chapter in the book of your soul. As long as you are here, you may as well enjoy it. As long as you are here, you may as well learn these lessons to your full ability. Allow yourselves times to process this, Dear Ones. Let it sink inside, breathe it in. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to speak to you of this subject this day. Know that your loved ones on the other side, your angels, your guides – the light beings of the entire universe surround you. Family ~*~ It has been a long week! My family and I were in Arizona last week to say goodbye to my husband’s grandfather, Don who made his transition home last Thursday. Don passed on his 87th birthday and lived a good life. I was honored and blessed that I was there to assist with his passing. There is a process called deathing just as there is a process called birthing. In deathing, a person is helped to cross over to the other side through energy work. I have helped others cross with the use of distance work before – both in the physical and spiritual realms – but this was the first time I experienced it with someone in my family and the first time I had done this work in person. I can only say that it was a great gift for me to participate in this transition. Facilitating a transition is not easy by any means. You have to remain removed in many aspects, but also so in tune in many other areas. I had to put my ego and my emotions aside and focus in only on what was best for Don and what was best for the family. My sadness came later. It was a way of opening myself completely to feel what he was feeling and to help him in every way possible through doing so. At times it was a great juggling act, as I was so open I could feel the emotions and feelings of everyone in the room. Looking back now, I think that was easier as I had no time to think of what I was feeling inside myself. There are many gifts in being an empath, that is for sure. There were times when I felt so helpless as I watched him experience pain. Other times were pure beauty as I saw the spirits and entities come into the room and fill it with loving energy to help him come home. It was a gift for me that I was able to explain to the family what Don wanted, as he could not communicate these things to them. The family assisted in the energy work, resting their hands upon his heart, giving of themselves and their own energy to help his passing. It was amazing to feel the love that was in that small hospital room. In his final moments, I worked on his heart – gently stroking the energy that was left within up toward the crown of his head where his soul was releasing. I had the high honor and privilege of looking him in his eyes and seeing through to that beautiful soul as he left this earth and made his journey home. I can only compare it to the feeling you would get if you have been the first one to see into a newborn baby’s eyes for the first time. It was a moment I will cherish my entire existence. Death is not all about sadness and grief. A close friend of mine told me that grief is based on feelings of guilt we have for things we have not done, things we wished we would have said or expressed. I really believe that. What if we all just took that time now to think about things we should do or express to others we hold dear? Why wait until after they are gone to tell them how special they are and how much we love them? If we can truly be in the celebration of life I think there would be no grief. For when you are grateful and in those moments of celebration, it spills over to everyone you come into contact with. This is something I strive for in my life and thank Don profusely for helping me to see this. So let me tell all of you now – I love you. I love you for the very person and soul that you are in this moment in time. I ask you to open your hearts and say this to someone else today. And yet it is - we cannot think of the word to say – it is inevitable that you experience it. It is because of that fact that we wish to shine the light upon this subject of transition, of death, of the removal of this physicality that you experience in human form – of your body, for your soul never dies. The way that we view death on this side of the veil is much different than what most of you view death on your side. And so, we offer you this perception, we offer you this point of view in order for you to see and feel through our eyes – through our energy. For yes, Dear Ones, there are so many of us that have experienced life in physical form that reside on this side of the veil. We know the fear and we know the upset that you experience both when you think about this subject and when you witness others experiencing this firsthand. We wish to offer you the point of view and perception of this physical form that you exist inside. For it is only a vehicle, it is only a vessel. If you have a pitcher, and the pitcher is full of water and this pitcher breaks and deteriorates, or it begins leaking – that does not mean there is no more water in which to fill a different pitcher- or that there is no more ocean, or pond, or stream to draw water from. Your body is much like that pitcher. Your soul is housed inside this physical form that you have become, that you operate inside of as a human. When your body is gone, or when your organs start to fail - when it is time for your journey home, you shed this human suit that you have been and you return, you return to this side. To once again experience love and energy in its most purest form. For your body now, it only houses that beautiful, shining light that is within you. That light is so bright, Dear Ones. Children, that light is so bright, for you are a spark of God, the Creator. No body could house that light forever. It is merely an interim of time, it is merely in your journey, if you will, in which you exist inside this human form. So you can learn these lessons, these wonderful gifts and blessings that further your soul and your soul’s growth. And yes, Dear Ones, when you have to let go of someone in the physical form it can be so sad. And if can be so painful. But If you look outside that immediate picture – if you look outside that pain that your ego takes on, and if you reach inside your soul, and if you look inside that glorious heart that beats within you, with all the love of God that you have been created in, you will know that that person lives on. That person is not that physical shield that they reside inside. That person is their soul, their spirit – their energy, that love connection that you share with them is because you are a part of each other. You are all part of the All That Is. You are all part of the Creator. We are all one. And as we are all one, Children, we all exist together – whether it be in physical form, or energetic form or spirit- whatever you so like to term it. We all exist together for we are all one. And yes, these bubbles of biology, as they are called, may deteriorate – May breakdown, but that beautiful light inside will never stop shining. We know that this subject is hard for many of you, but in our eyes – when we see a soul that is getting ready to take that journey home again, it is breathtaking. There are great moments and celebrations of joy and beautiful homecomings as that soul crosses over to this plane. As they once again experience the unconditional love that is held on this side, and the colors, and the vibrations and the joy and the bliss. There are no words in your language that could explain or describe what a soul feels when they cross back over home. We wish that we could paint you a picture or give you a tone or a vibration in which you could understand this. And if you know inside your hearts, Children, that this is what awaits you – there can be no fear. This is a moment in time that you experience in this lifetime you have here in this physical form that houses your soul. To some of you, it seems like that time drags on and on. But, in your soul’s existence, it is merely a moment in time. It is merely a drop of water in an ocean. Enjoy this time that you have. Enjoy this physical form that you are within. Be grateful for every part of you - physical and spiritual. Treat yourselves well, Children - bask in the love and the glory that is within. For you are God - we are all One – you are the All That Is. Release the sadness for the ones you have lost. And when you think of them, you need not look up into the sky for them, for you loved ones are still right at your side. They are still within your great hearts. The love that you share, the connection that you have experienced, you still experience - that will never die. You make these contracts to learn these great lessons and these lessons are deep, Children. It is up to you to decide how much information and how much growth you wish to take from them. All is in Divine Time – there is no fear. You are surrounded now with the most divine love energy that has ever been experienced on Earth. It is a time of great awakening. It is a time of great remembrance. For when this planet first started, you knew these things we speak of. You knew there was no real death. You knew and remembered the joy and the blessings of home. And now, you brave ones that you are – you get to experience humanity without the remembrance of home - and yet here you are, trudging forward –stepping into your power, into your faith – into that vibration of love once again, so that you can remember; So that you hold that remembrance close. So that you know you are all one. We are all one. Know this as truth, Children, for it is so. And when you get in times of fear, or in times of mistrust, focus in on your heart energy and you ask for truth and you take that deep cleansing breath and you let spirit within. Family ~*~

This channeling was very strong for me – it came through at a higher and lighter vibration that what I normally experience, so it was very cool for me. Even my voice changed on this one – the pattern, the tone. Afterwards, it left me feeling lighter and brighter than before – as well as enlightened. I really needed to hear these words. They remind me of a quote – Life isn’t about finding yourself, it’s about creating yourself (E.W.Wilcox). What are you creating now? Can you see the light side of life? Know that if you cannot see it now, it is within your power to create it – to live each day in that energy if you so choose.

 Dear Ones,

  It is with much happiness and harmony that we speak to you this day. For, we have come to you this evening to speak to those of you who have been taking themselves much too seriously – who are not taking the time to stop and smell the roses as you say. For you all have been given this wonderful gift of this human experience of feeling and emotion and yet some of you are so tied up in the responsibility of it all. It is as if every emotion ever created is weighing upon your shoulders. And when, we ask, is the last time that you smiled? And when is the last time that you laughed?

Are you searching for the joy and the bliss in your lives, Children? Or, are you merely looking at the chaos? For you know where you put your energy – that is what strengthens and that is what becomes larger and larger. If you sit inside the deep hole and continue to ponder the question - why am I in this deep hole – and – why am I sinking further and further into this deep hole? Well, Children, will you not only sink deeper? But, if you search for the light within that deep hole, will you not find it? And if you continue to focus your energy upon this great light inside this deep and dark hole – it will only become brighter and lighter. So our message for you this evening is to focus on the lightness of life. And light has many meanings – does it not? For, it is about love – it is about the All That Is – It is about the gentleness – it is about the weight not being so heavy, but being light. So we would ask you to ask yourselves – where is the lightness in your life? And if you have to think long and hard about this, Children, perhaps you should focus on this lightness. Perhaps you should look for it. Perhaps you should search each and every dark corner that has been surrounding you and look for this lightness within. For it is within each and every one of you. It is embedded in your soul and in your spirit – for you are God. God is light – God is love – God is joy – God is bliss.

 If you are not finding these things within your life right now you are not looking for them. For there are gifts within every experience no matter how traumatic they may seem. And if the chaos, and if the trauma and if the drama is running your life and your energy is spinning and spinning and spinning out of control like the huge tornado – then you need to slow the energy down. You need to take the deep breath, Children. Gather your thoughts, gather your focus, gather your strength – slow down to see the light. For when the energy is spinning all about you it is much easier to see the darkness than it is to see the light. You have come here, to this planet to learn this wonderful lesson of duality – of good and bad, darkness and light, good and evil – and you each have experienced these different things in your lives. And when you experience these feelings and these emotions – we all watch from the other side – you have great, extensive audiences watching you, cheering you on. We wonder and we – oh – we just relish at how you play out each and every emotion. And how you learn each valuable lesson – it is an amazing miracle to us, to watch you grow. Because with each and every experience that you have your soul grows larger and larger and larger. And with each and every experience of your soul – the rest of consciousness grows – the All That Is grows – Can you see how powerful you are? Can you see, Children? You have everything you need within you.

The veil is thinning. It will become much easier for you to see these things. It is as simple as paying attention and asking. The energies now are changing fast. Your vibrations are all rising and getting higher. You are moving to higher dimensions of space and time. Your abilities to manifest now are like they once were many, many years ago. Miracles happen in an instant for those of you who believe that they can happen. Look inside your hearts, Dear Ones, this is truth. The time for guilt is gone. Your belief systems are not what they once were. It is no longer about being guilty for being happy – being guilty for putting oneself first –For if you put yourself first and your happiness first – and your joy and your passion everything else falls into its most divine place, as it should. This is not being selfish – this is being selfless. For if you are not truly standing in your power – if you are not truly speaking your truth - if you are not truly coming from the place of your soul and your spirit – you are not coming from a place of integrity. And you are only giving a part of yourself when you give to others. But if you put yourself at the top of the list – if you think and put yourself first - you are standing in full and complete oneness and in your power and you can give your all to every thought to every action and every reaction you have . For then you will be in your purest form – your strongest vibration – for then you will be your true self. This, Children, is how you were created and this is the grand lesson that you are learning now – to stand in that power – to be once again in your divine creation of spirit.

We remind you to play. We remind you to breathe. We remind you to laugh. These are all emotions that were created for you to experience as well. Your spiritual path does not need to be one of depression or responsibility or sadness. It is all about finding your true power and your true creative spirit that lies within. We are with you always, Children. We laugh beside you – we smile and gaze into your eyes as we see you grow with every experience – and so it is! _________________

You may entertain and present these masks – these forms of shadow selves, but alas, we still see through all that right to the center of your true self – right to the center of your heart and soul. You may hide behind your ego, but you can never truly masquerade your spirit. We ask then, does it not take more energy to carry on the great act? To pretend to be something that you really are not? We see you search and ask the questions of who you are, why you are here – are you taking the time to hear the answers? Or are you remaining so deeply inside your minds and your logic that you cannot understand what is right in front of you? Perhaps you should ask these questions of your heart, and await the great answer. Perhaps you should ask these questions of your higher self, your spirit and make the time to listen for its response. You have chosen this time in the universe to be present for the great change. Everything around you is in the transformation of major proportion now. People are rising to higher levels of evolvement both on the physical, the spiritual and the emotional levels. Things that once made sense, no longer make sense. Places and vibrations that once felt comfortable no longer hold that same comfort. This is because of the great change – this is because of the evolvement of your soul. You are in a much different place that you once were – you are spreading your wings and feeling your way on much higher levels – and even on much higher dimensions. You have chosen to live in this time so that you may assist in the evolvement of others – in the entire rise of vibration of the universe. This is an extremely important role you are taken. Cherish it – but also, remember you have come here to learn. Do not take this responsibility as a burden – yet take it on with love, with compassion, with playfulness – for this is how it was intended to be used. Many of you are experiencing what has been termed as ascension symptoms. These are physical and emotional symptoms that are happening due to the rise in vibration – brought on by the great change. Know that these feelings of uneasiness, they will change soon. As you become balanced to the energy – your bodies and your emotions will be once again in harmony and on a much stronger and deeper level than before. Stay strong, Dear Ones, for you are on the most wildest of rides, yet it is so incredible. Remember that while these changes are happening, you are still in the driver’s seat. You have the full and complete ability – and the responsibility we might add – to slow things down if these changes become too intense. You may call upon your guides and your angels to slow down the lessons, to give you more time to balance out. You may even decide that some lessons are better learned at later times – this is not a failure, but it is merely taking control of your own experience as both a soul and a human being. You are the creator of your own life – remember you have this divine power. No one does anything else to you – you draw in these people, these places, these experiences to yourself by your own accord – by your own energy and vibrations. We see some of you are walking the fine line now in the midst of all these changes. Things are happening at a rapid speed for some of you – again, remember your own healthy boundaries, know what you can take and what you cannot take – there is no shame in learning a lesson a little slower. Some of you get caught up in the speed of things and your lives can become like the whirling dervish spinning out of control – the energy you bring in speeds everything up in your life from every direction and suddenly it is as if you are in the middle of a tornado – or in the eye of the storm, paralyzed and not knowing which way to turn. These can become very low points for some of you – when everything seems to be spinning out of control. We would ask that you call in assistance at these times – for your energy can drain very quickly in these instances. Call in your soul family – call in your help on the other side, for that is why you have these connections. Many of you are afraid of this great change. Wow – to move up to happiness and joy can be scary when they have not existed in your personal world before. Standing in your own power and experiencing your true self can also be frightful to some of you who have been hiding out for so long. Remember, change, although it may be frightening, can be a most wonderful and powerful thing. Move your feet, Dear Ones, Move!! Simply by moving you will change the energy and therefore not remain stuck – not remain stagnant. We are here to help you out of your shells – we are here to help you see yourself in the mirror as you come out from behind that mask you hide behind. Realize that you have all the power, all the skill, all the love and all the strength needed to rise to these new heights in spirit and in vibration – they are all within you. There is nothing that you are truly lacking – the lack that some of you feel is a façade – a falsity created by your mind and by your ego. We watch as some of you become so desperate that you contemplate ending this game of life that you play by your own hand. Some of you ask the question of is suicide a life lesson a soul chooses. We will answer this, Dear Ones. Suicide is a choice that some souls choose when they become overwhelmed with what they experience on the earth plane – they long to release pain and circumstances that they can no longer bear. The struggle that is created by these situations chips away at a person’s perceptions of both themselves and the world around them. Their focus is no longer clear – they have no clarity. In this confusion is when the choice is therefore made to end a life. It is not a life lesson, per say, that they choose, but rather an energy imprint that they must overcome and heal from. Most individuals who attempt or are successful at ending their lives have experienced suicide or attempted suicide in another lifetime – most likely the lifetime previous to the current incarnation. When they return to this earth plane, the energy imprint of the previous incarnation must be healed – it must be learned from or the soul will once again experience suicide. As there are many changes going on now in this earth plane – many upsets, many lessons and purposes being revealed – know that this is all a process. Know that others are feeling these same changes as well – these same opportunities for growth and understanding. Please, do not allow your vision and your focus to become clouded. Do not misunderstand a valuable lesson as a sign of weakness or despair. Do not discount yourself for the emotions and feelings you are expressing – know that they need to be released and healed. Know that is safe to be your true self – your God self. This is how and why you have been created. This is how and why you exist as the soul that you are in this time of great change. We realize on this side that many of you choose this experience of pain to learn from and while your soul makes this conscious choice to learn from this feeling of pain – your logical mind and your human form does not understand this at all. You begin to resist this pain more and more and more. You fight it. Because you resist, and because you fight it, and because you try to analyze it, and apply your human logic to it – the pain only persists. The pain only becomes stronger and stronger. Sometimes the pain becomes so strong, that it feels it is even larger than your soul. Realize, Children, that when you are in this feeling of overwhelming pain and sadness that it is not larger than your soul. For nothing is larger than your soul, for you are God. You are the creator of everything that you experience. You can stop this pain if you so choose. But if you continue to fight against it, you only give it more power. You only give it more attention. You only give it more strength. You give it your power and your strength. And because you are such a divine creator you allow that energy to become larger and larger. So we would ask you, Children, that when you are in the midst of pain – be that physical pain, emotional pain, spiritual pain – that you take the deep, cleansing breath – you bring in that pure vibration of home. You call in your soul family, your angels, your guides and you ask for clarity and you ask for focus – and you see the truth. Pain can be a necessity for some of you. Pain is a great motivator for most of you; for this is the duality that you experience here on this plane where you exist and play this game of humanity. It does not have to be a necessity unless you make it a necessity. We see some of you swimming in huge oceans of pain and barely keeping your head above the waterline – and barely able to breathe. It is as if you suffocate. It is as if you allow those waves of pain to just wash over you again and again and again. Until it seems that that is all that you are is pain. And we tell you, Children, this is just your head wrapping around these ideals, for it is not your heart- it is not your soul – it is not your spirit. You were not meant to come here to struggle. Yes, you came here to choose different life experiences and to learn different lessons. And most of all to experience those things that we do not have on the other side of the veil. We do not experience pain at home. But when we watch you from this side of the veil – and though we cannot feel it we witness it. And our hearts fill with so much love for all of you. And we ache and we yearn for you to call upon us so that we could help you – help you to feel the true vibration of your soul, of your spirit – of home. Sometimes the pain becomes so comfortable to you it is as if you do not know where you start and the pain ends – because this is your comfort level and this is where fear comes in as well. Because then if the pain is taken away, you fear what else could come in its place. Could it be worse? Would it be better? How would it feel? You will never know, Children, until you try. You will never know unless you give yourself a chance. For to some of you, love is a four lettered word as well that goes right along with the feelings of fear and pain. For some of you fear love as well. It is not only the love of others or the love of home that you fear but it is also the love of yourself for you have been stricken with this fear and with this pain for so very long. And now, as the vibrations on your plane are changing, many of you are experiencing these waves of pain again. Many of you are experiencing intensity of these pains because this vibration of hurt and despair no longer matches your energy. You question why these things are happening. Know, Children, that you do not need to apply logic or analysis to these things. You need only to breathe through them. See them for what they are. Experience them for what they are and let them go, because they no longer serve you. Do not pass judgment on yourself or judgment on others as you see these wondrous transformations happening. Look within yourself to allow your true self to come forward. When it feels like you hit the dead end or you hit the dark corner that leads to nowhere, know Children that this is your opportunity to turn around and take another direction. This is your golden chance to turn around to another direction in your journey – another beautiful lesson that you have chosen to learn. Though you may not realize this on a conscious level – your spirit knows this as truth. You do not have to exist in this pain if you choose not to. You do not have to drown in an ocean of pain. There are many people, there are many spirits – there are many souls, light beings and entities holding out their hands to you right now waiting for you to ask them for help. We are here for you, Children. We are here for you always. Know that you are loved beyond measure. We wish only that you could see yourself as the true soul and spirit that you are. I had the wonderful opportunity to take an amazing seminar through Lightworker this week. It was life changing and cleared out alot of my spiritual "crap" so to speak. I highly recommend anything taught by Steve and Barbara Rother - they are incredible teachers and healers. Its so interesting to me the energy that came through with this channel. It was (as always) a great personal message for me, but it was also a stronger energy that what I normally feel coming through. I think alot of this has to do with the personal clearing I've experienced this week. I walked into this seminar wanting one question answered - "Why would a soul choose sexual abuse as a lesson?" The course was on Sexual Energy and relationships - the relationship that you have with yourself and others and also healing from the energy stamps of the misdirection of sexual energy - control and repression. It could possibly be the hardest thing I have ever done - sitting in that chair every day. I was literally squirming and shaking with some of the exercises we did. And when I speak of Sexual Energy - I mean it is universal life force energy - prana - chi, etc. The course taught me how to be comfortable with my own energy and to be able to accept it, express it and play in it. It was also very healing in that I was able to release the energy stamps that I had been holding onto for so long. After my HUGE release (which involved 45 minutes of level three Inverse Wave Therapy in a group setting - I was the one in the fetal position crying my eyes out) I had my answer to that question I so desperately wanted Steve to answer for me. I chose these experiences to bring me to the level of where I am today – I forgive myself for allowing these things to happen. I see the gift in the experiences, for they have made me realize my strength and my power as I have worked through them. I know I will never again give my power away. I have learned another valuable tool to place in my “spiritual toolbox” that I know I will need to refer to one day. And the day will come - maybe tomorrow, maybe next week or next year – when someone will need my help with similar issues and I will be able to look them in the eye and tell them I understand. I will be able to help them heal just as the many loving teachers, mentors and friends of mine have helped me heal and that will make it all worthwhile. It is not to be put in a book or on a piece of paper to have arithmetic and variables and exponents and different framework of theology and theory applied to it. Spirit is only to be experienced. Spirit is to be felt. Spirit is to play in and to experience those wonderful feelings of bliss and joy. And yes, Children, there are other feelings that you will experience as well through your spirit. But it is through those lessons that you will learn. It is through the duality that you experience on this plane that you will learn the gratitude in experiencing from one extreme to the other. For without knowing what pain feels like, how will you know the true blessings of joy? Without seeing the darkness, how will you truly know the greatness of the light? And know that we are all light beings. You came here as this wonderful, wonderful, beautiful, colorful, most vibrant sense of beauty and light just as you existed on the other side. All it takes is for you to ask. All it takes is for you to set that intention forward to connect with that beautiful, loving vibration. And yes, Dear Children, you may call upon your guides, and your angels, and the Masters at hand, and you may also call upon your spirit family that exists in your plane – and soon you will see them in the other dimensions of time and space as well. Family~ Wow, it just feels so nice to type that word ~ family. Very cool. Big thanks to everyone for your support and kind words offered to me. I really appreciate your love and friendship. It’s amazing when you think about the “big picture” of our lives here. Sometimes it is so easy to get caught up in the drama and trauma that we experience that the “big picture” cannot be seen. I have come to realize that the more I can step outside my circumstances and view my life from the “big picture” perspective, the easier and more simple my life becomes. Sometimes the simplest things are the most powerful and sometimes being in your power is the simplest way to live (excuse me, my guides are now correcting me as I write this – they say to remove the word “sometimes” – so, the simplest things are the most powerful and being in your power is the simplest way to live). And why, if life is meant to be simple, do we go and muck it up so much? I suppose it is to be able to understand the true simplicity of happiness, and love and bliss. For these things are all within our power, they all reside inside each and every one of us. It is up to us to have the perception that allows these wonderful feelings into our lives. And I guess this is the playing field on which we learn life’s lessons – this duality of illusion and reality. For this feeling of fear that you experience here on this plane is nothing more than an illusion that your human mind creates. This illusion is “bought into” by you because you believe what other energies present to you – or you create from within because of what you believe about yourself. It is so extremely hard for you to see reality through this illusion, especially when you are in the midst of it. Do you not know that is why we are here? We, your angels, your guides, we exist and are present to remind you of where you really come from - to create that safe place where you can tap into the true power of who you really are – to remind you, Children, that yes, you are God. Now, as you absorb this truth – this resonation about your “God self” answer this question – Does God fear? Is there anything so powerful that exists within the universe that God would fear? And when we refer to God – know that we refer to God as the All That Is meaning this is Mother/Father God – the God and Goddess that we make reference to; we just prefer to call this power “God” for all intensive simplicity. Children, if there is nothing that God fears, and you are God, then how can fear be anything more than an illusion? It cannot be anything BUT illusion – for fear does not exist within the presence of God. God knows no fear, for it is not reality. The only time that this “illusion” comes into play is when you allow it. You truly have the power to block even the most frightening of circumstances if you so choose – because you are that strong, because you have that spark of God within you – you have that soul knowledge that resides deep within you awaiting for you to call upon it. What is there to truly fear then? You have children who worry that this “boogey man” will crawl out from under their beds and scare them – do you buy into this as reality, or do you assure these small ones that this is merely a deception – a trickery based on a fear that lies within them? You can turn your own fears away as easily as you do this “boogey man” if you so choose. You are the only one with this power – no amount of reading, or listening, or advising can get you to the point of removing yourself from this falsity of fear. Only standing in your true power allows you to see through this delusion. So easy is it to focus on what is wrong with your society – the crime, the economy, the health crisis, etc etc. Your media is engaged only in the fear based stories. You do not know how much we laugh at the chaos of innuendos and how things are blown out of proportion in your news channels and papers – rainclouds and raindrops appear and suddenly it is “Storm Watch”. Why cannot the weather simply be a natural occurrence? Does it have to be dramatized as well? Can you see where the energy of the illusion of fear comes into play in almost everything in your society now – IF you allow it? Just because it exists for some, does not mean you have to accept it, nor does it mean you have to play your game here with rules based on these fears. Think of what life would be like for you without fear. What would that feel like? Knowing that all your needs are met, knowing that you are loved, knowing that you are accepted – knowing most of all that you are safe. How would that be for you? Could you accept that beauty and that grace into your energetic field? We are here to tell you, Children, it already exists – deep inside your soul, inside your spirit - For there is where God is. The mask that you wear now, through your ego, is the only thing preventing you from seeing it – from seeing the truth. To live without fear, is to live with total acceptance of the All That Is. To live without fear, is to live with total acceptance of Self. You do not fear who you are, who you will be, or who you once were. You accept yourself for everything that you are – just as God does. There is much talk now among those of you who thrive on fear. We hear your worries of this “end of times” as you call them. This end of times we see coming, is the end of the times of living in fear. It is a rebirth – a reawakening. It is a remembrance of times past – of when humans used to exist in harmony. It is when this humanity believed in The All That Is – believed in its power and its vibration and lived in that loving energy. Now those who choose fear over love, they will continue to go down their paths of fear, and lack and distrust. Those who choose love, will continue to lift the energy and vibration of not only themselves, but all those around them. Think of the immense affect you can have on others simply by choosing love instead? The results will be phenomenal. Let us speak now of those times when fear did not exist in the hearts of man. There was a time on this planet when everything was in harmony – when there was a balance that was both honored and respected. During this time, all beings were encouraged to stand in their truth and their power. It was safe to be open and honest – it was safe to show love – it was a reality to live in total and complete synchronization with the All That Is – for we all recognized the All That Is within each other. This knowing created a mutual love and respect for each being – one was not more or less than another. Each being saw and lived by the power of the God within them as they saw and honored that God within others. There was no hostility, no jealousy, no hatred. These things cannot exist within God, just as fear did not exist as well. Every day was filled with happiness, and for those events that were not what you would think of as joyful, they were still honored. For, people were able to look past the event itself, and see the gift and the lesson beyond its surface. We honored our resources, we honored The Goddess, we honored ourselves, and in turn the universe provided all that was necessary for our existence. It was paradise. Now, you may ask, how can this fantasy ever truly come to pass? It is all up to you, Children. Again, what are you buying into? Where are you putting your energy? Is fear the true illusion, or is this land of paradise we speak of the illusion? Only you can make that determination for yourself – it is all in your perception. Remember, love spreads more quickly than any illusion that will ever exist. Love is more powerful than any illusion. We challenge you to stand, once again, in your true power. We encourage you to realize the beauty and the love of who you REALLY are – without judgment, without ego – your power as the spirit that lives within this human suit you wear. We ask that you call on us when you need that remembrance of how things once were, and how they most definitely will be again.
