Hello Family ~*~

It has been an eventful week!!!! I had the wonderful opportunity to take an amazing seminar through Lightworker this week. It was life changing and cleared out alot of my spiritual "crap" so to speak. I highly recommend anything taught by Steve and Barbara Rother - they are incredible teachers and healers.

Its so interesting to me the energy that came through with this channel. It was (as always) a great personal message for me, but it was also a stronger energy that what I normally feel coming through. I think alot of this has to do with the personal clearing I've experienced this week.

I walked into this seminar wanting one question answered - "Why would a soul choose sexual abuse as a lesson?" The course was on Sexual Energy and relationships - the relationship that you have with yourself and others and also healing from the energy stamps of the misdirection of sexual energy - control and repression. It could possibly be the hardest thing I have ever done - sitting in that chair every day. I was literally squirming and shaking with some of the exercises we did. And when I speak of Sexual Energy - I mean it is universal life force energy - prana - chi, etc. The course taught me how to be comfortable with my own energy and to be able to accept it, express it and play in it. It was also very healing in that I was able to release the energy stamps that I had been holding onto for so long.

After my HUGE release (which involved 45 minutes of level three Inverse Wave Therapy in a group setting - I was the one in the fetal position crying my eyes out) I had my answer to that question I so desperately wanted Steve to answer for me. I chose these experiences to bring me to the level of where I am today � I forgive myself for allowing these things to happen. I see the gift in the experiences, for they have made me realize my strength and my power as I have worked through them. I know I will never again give my power away. I have learned another valuable tool to place in my �spiritual toolbox� that I know I will need to refer to one day. And the day will come - maybe tomorrow, maybe next week or next year � when someone will need my help with similar issues and I will be able to look them in the eye and tell them I understand. I will be able to help them heal just as the many loving teachers, mentors and friends of mine have helped me heal and that will make it all worthwhile.

I thank all of you for your encouragement, your love and your support. Know that you are in my heart.

You Are The All That IS ~*~ (Channeled through the Angelic Realm)

Dear Ones~

We come to you this day to speak to you about your true selves, your higher self, your soul self, your spirit � however you wish to term this presence of God that dwells within you. For this is the presence that resides inside that knows the vibrations of home � that realizes this energy and realizes your path and your true existence in the universe with the All That Is. And we will call this your higher self for lack of a better terminology so that you will understand when we refer to that what we speak of. For your higher self does not know that the veil exists. And you tap into this higher self as often as you wish � most certainly in your dream state. Know Children that you have the ability to tap into this energy whenever you would like to.

Those of you who are questioning these changing times right now � your higher self realizes what your path is. Although there may be chaos, and although there may be misfortune and although there may be pain � there may be uncertainty � your higher self sees through all of the negativity to see the beauty and the gift in each and every situation. For your higher self knows that you have come to this plane, you have arrived on this planet to experience these things for your soul growth. You have come to learn these lessons and to experience this human drama and these human emotions so that you may help others and so that you may further your own growth. These are things that you have asked for Children, even thought when you are in the midst of them that seems like the furthest thing from logic. And know that when you try to apply logic to these situations � that is your ego speaking, Children. That is coming form that ego center that all humans have. To try to apply logic to emotion � to try to apply logic to spirit � there is no sense of logic when it come so these things. For spirit is to be felt � spirit is to be experienced. Spirit is not to be put in a box to be studied. It is not to be put in a book or on a piece of paper to have arithmetic and variables and exponents and different framework of theology and theory applied to it. Spirit is only to be experienced. Spirit is to be felt. Spirit is to play in and to experience those wonderful feelings of bliss and joy.

And yes, Children, there are other feelings that you will experience as well through your spirit. But it is through those lessons that you will learn. It is through the duality that you experience on this plane that you will learn the gratitude in experiencing from one extreme to the other. For without knowing what pain feels like, how will you know the true blessings of joy? Without seeing the darkness, how will you truly know the greatness of the light?

And know that we are all light beings. You came here as this wonderful, wonderful, beautiful, colorful, most vibrant sense of beauty and light just as you existed on the other side. And your higher self still holds this vibration. And yes, now you reside in this human �suit� of a physical body � but your connection is still there with the higher self; with the ALL THAT IS. And as you move through these life experiences that are drama and are chaos, you experience them for the All That Is. With each step that you take, with each growth that you make � you grow for each and every one of us, both on your side of the veil and the other side. For we watch you. We cheer for you. We support you.

We see as this evolving energy � as the energy is rising in vibration and dimension how your experiences are now changing. It is clear for you now to see into the other dimensions of time and space, where it was not as easy to see this before. And we tell you, Children, when you see these events happen � to take the deep breath again � and ground yourself - and know that this is your higher self allowing you to see these wondrous things. For you are evolving at a fast pace now. Know that when you get into the middle of these situations where you are going through much growth- where it feels like everything is being thrown at you � and just when you think you cannot handle one more thing on your plate � another million pounds is placed upon your shoulders, and you feel like your heart might break, and you feel like your breath might end � know that you have the ability to tap into the other side simply by connecting with your higher self. All it takes is for you to ask. All it takes is for you to set that intention forward to connect with that beautiful, loving vibration.

And yes, Dear Children, you may call upon your guides, and your angels, and the Masters at hand, and you may also call upon your spirit family that exists in your plane � and soon you will see them in the other dimensions of time and space as well. And we would suggest to you, that when you feel this beautiful, loving vibration of YOUR SELF � YOUR HIGHER SELF; that wonderful spark of God that resides inside of you � to flow with its rhythm. To allow yourself to feel your own energy � to feel the beauty and the love that is you. For you are God, Children. You are the All That Is. You have every gift and ability that you need. You have the ability to shine. And every time you allow yourself to feel that light within you shine so much brighter for the rest of us to see- And you allow all of us to shine as brightly with you.

Know that you are loved. Know that you can dance with this rhythm � of this wonderful vibration that is you. Establish this relationship with the All That Is � with the All That Is You. Let this spill over into everything that you do - into every thought that you have � into every action that you take � every reaction that you make. Allow the love of home to envelop you. Feel it; breathe it in � know that it is your birthright.

Know Children that the veil is getting much thinner. You can see through it if you choose to. You can establish this wonderful relationship with your soul and know yourself as God. And know your true power and your grace and your beauty � for that is the All That Is, that is YOU.

We send you love and joy. We are all around you at all times. It is no longer that you have to look above to see us, but it is just that you have to look by your side for that is where we are. And know that as you tap into your higher self, to that energy of home that we are dancing gin that rhythm and that vibration and that energy right along with you. We take your hand and we lead you on this wonderful journey of feeling your own power � of standing in your own truth � of seeing through our eyes your grace and your beauty and your bliss.

Settle with these thoughts, Children. We know to some they may be overwhelming. But we know on that soul level, on that higher self level this will resonate deep into your hearts. We are with you always and we love you deeply. And so it is ~*~
