There is a cemetary near here reported to be haunted (traditional 'white lady' haunt)  It's one of those small plots you see driving along back country roads.  There are no houses nearby, but you can see the foundation where one stood.    I'd really like to get a group together to check it out.  But who do I ask permission from?  It's not part of a church.  How would I find out?  I called city hall and the county clerk.  They have no clue.  Apparently, the cemetary has been 'closed' for many years.  I can't believe the county office couldn't direct me to someone.
