Me and my paranormal group were investigating a trailer park home, and we've come up with alot of evidence. The problem i'm running into is finding the historical background of the home and the land. Can anyone help me????
Deeds and titles differ from state to state. Some states are not title states so that makes much harder to trace. In New york, their are no deeds on Trailer homes, since they are not consider real property. But there could be a deed on the land. I don't know if Florida is a title state, but I would start out by checking with the local building department if there is a deed on the land. Then you would have some history of who owned the land.
