Hmm...It does has a few abnormalities to it, I find it interesting though I would have to look closely at the camera lens, the lighting, other reflective surfaces, and a myriad of other factors to determine whether or not this could be considered paranormal. I normally don't save these anymore unless there are some glaringly obvious abnormalities with the orb. Having said that, I have witnessed with my own eyes orb activity on two seperate occasions, one being orange and the other being blue/green.
