Romeo spikes were put on the porch supports of houses in New Orleans so that boyfriends could not climb up them to get to the young lady's bedroom.


The strange thing about this picture is that it was taken with a digital camera and the entire pole was black but when it appeared on the digital display the spike glowed orange but when downloaded the spike turned gray,  Don't know why?
