The story behind this picture...this was taken at the Tillie Creek campground located in Wofford Heights, Ca. The history of the area is all gold rush era and Native Americans who inhabited the area way back. In 1863 a Captain with the U.S. Army by the name of McLaughlin and his calvery set up camp in this area right before the attack on the local indians the next day, which became the Whiskey Flats Massacre.
During the gold rush the valley had many illnesses of valley fever, and other illnesses which took the lives of many. The others pictures I have posted here, of the little girl on the table, the two children together and the woman on the side of the road were all taken at the campground.
This is our balck shadow ghost that appeared right next to my son and I while taken pics at the Tillie Creek Campground located in Wofford Heights, Ca. There was no way that neither one of us could have gotten in the way of this pic when it was taken. I was standing behind my son when the shot was taken. We did however feel a very cold spot right next to us when this did take place.
