Bob here from GhostLand Society here in Illinois (Gurnee). i was contatced by someone needing help in Deleware, tried getting in touch with TAPS but we all know how popular they are. Do you know anyone out in the Dover Deleware area or surrounding area maybe that would take this case? Sounds like it may be something possibly good or she's off her rocker.
