I am writing to ask the seasoned ghost hunters/researchers, how they began investigating? I'm sure existing groups don't just accept people with no experience. I've never been a part of a paranormal group. However, I did visit a few locations on my own, or as part of a local tour group. It is by no means a serious investigation, more like a hobby kind thing. I've always read books on the paranormal. Along my journies I've meet serious investigators, who are the some of the nicest people I've ever meet.
