I've been sitting here, thinking for days on things like 'Spirit Com' , 'Franks box' etc.  It's something that has been haunting me for quite some time...how do these things work?  There has to be a way to communicate with the dead that is easier, but how?  I can hear them sometimes, bits and pieces come through on EVP's- there is no doubt that something is THERE but how to tap into it.. 

I was thinking yesterday about frequencies, vibrational frequencies or brain wave frequencies like they use on the BWGen program.  Sometimes at night when I have some of my stranger dreams- like out of body experiences- I sometimes here this very low frequency noise- and then in that state I will have contact, so I wonder if I matched that 'noise' in the day time reality would it then open an envelope where recording 'them' would be easier in evps? Make it clearer?
