We are each others teachers

"All the various types of (Buddhist) teachings and spiritual paths are related to the different capacities of understanding that different individuals have. There does not exist, from an absolute point of view, any teaching which is more perfect or effective than another. A teaching's value lies solely in the inner awakening which an individual can arrive at through it. If a person benefits from a given teaching, for that person that teaching is the supreme path, because it is suited to his or her nature and capacities. There's no sense in trying to judge it as more or less elevated in relation to other paths to realisation."
( Dzogchen The Self-perfected State by Namkhai Norbu)

If you read this quote, and base it in paranormal, and not necessarily Buddhist or Spiritual, you come to a realization about advancement in the paranormal.

When we arrive at a impasse on an investigation, a theory from something felt or seen at an investigation, we have a learning moment. When we have a moment of clarity, we internalize it and make it a working cog in our mind. Our knowledge, and teachings, for each other in this hobby, "field", realm of research is far greater than our resentment, animosity, or disdain for one another.

Who are we to judge each other for evidence found? Who are we to turn our nose up at teams, new and old, within our surrounding areas.? Who are we to alienate, and treat each other with disrespect? If teams, and individuals, would stop for a moment and realize that there is a far greater goal associated with all of this, things can begin to change for the better. It's not about who's on whose list, who's on which family tree, who is friends with which para-celeb. It's only about Cross Occurrence of evidence, similar experiences at a location and a central hub to house it in.

We have got to stop fighting, we really do. We have to realize that we are not any better, professional, tech savvy, skilled or psychically intune than the next team. We have to realize that this is getting far worse than made for TV drama; like soap operas. We will never be taken seriously if we push each other, and not the evidence.

Take the moment of disagreement and create a teaching / learning moment for one another. Meld your teams together and learn to work with one another to come to a sound theory, view, discussion..whatever it takes for positivity to grow over negativity.

There are no sound point of views, because everything is inconclusive. Instead of being on the defensive, learn, cultivate awareness, and work with each other to change the inconclusiveness in the paranormal to a sound standing science. We are each others teacher; even our enemies.

If you can cultivate the right attitude, your enemies are your best spiritual teachers because their presence provides you with the opportunity to enhance and develop tolerance, patience and understanding.
- His Holiness the Dalai Lama

Allow yourself the opportunity to recognize a learning moment with one another. Only person who is allowing the other to remain an "enemy" is yourself.

If you wish to bring more to share, even better! This is a time to visit,

meet the other teams, meet the other enthusiasts, and discuss our passion

Help new teams. Learn from seasoned teams. Discuss equipment and new devices.

Discuss methodology. Ethics. Friendship. and more!

Kid Friendly!!

There will be an investigative excursion after, which we're hoping to kick off around 9PM.

We are investigating the claims that Ms. Sylvia Gaines haunts the area around the park

where her body was found:

Murder at Green Lake (Seattle): Sylvia Gaines
HistoryLink.org Essay 1051

In the early morning of June 17, 1926, a carpenter was walking around the north end of Seattle's Green Lake to go to work. In an alder grove on a point of land he discovered a pair of women's shoes next to the lake. He walked a few feet farther and found the woman -- dead and nearly naked -- sprawled near the shore. The body belonged to 22-year-old Sylvia Gaines (1904-1926).

There are still issues with the inboxes. I'll get on it tomorrow and see if I can't figure out what the problem is. I apologize for any unusual things that may occur during this time. Maybe we really are haunted!?
