I have not written for a while but wanted to see how everyone's Halloween went!!! As for John and I we had a friend come into town so we took him to Chittyville Haunted House, then to a Big Halloween Party at a friend of ours Bar. Everyone was dressed up including John and I. We had a Great-Time!!! Tell me about your night.
The Sat. night we had a party here at the house. As for this coming weekend it is his yearly Christmas Party at work,,,,a little early if I might ad. But, it will be a fun road-trip and night away! wink-wink :)
We would love to do a investigation or go on any outing inside of Illinois, please let us know if their is anything going on.
The American tradition of "trick-or-treating" probably dates back to the early All Souls' Day parades in England. During the festivities, poor citizens would beg for food and families would give them pastries called "soul cakes" in return for their promise to pray for the family's dead relatives.
