Captured in the basement of then Tri County Restaurant on August 19, 2006 at about midnight on a Canon Digital S1 IS (5 megapixel) camera in medium quality video mode (15 frames per second) whil on a tripod recording during a lock down of that area.
60 watt incandescent light is nearby in ceiling area. Noting possible refraction properties with the anomaly vs. self illuminating as the color fills out more the closer it is to the light.
This anomaly was seen prior ot this capture by an investigator on the 1st foor in the Kitchen area as it went into a steel preperation table then decended through the floor into the basement below. Soon after, other investigators near a basement door heard a loud bang then went down to investigate. The camera was off when they arrived and this was the last seconds on it right up to where it turned off (with battery power and time on media card left)
